This online, self-paced course is designed to help educators strengthen their leadership capacity through reflection, practical application, and research-informed strategies. Students will explore how collaboration, communication, trust, shared purpose, and professional influence contribute to positive change in educational settings. Through interactive activities, applied reflection, and professional resources, students will examine their own leadership practices and develop strategies for supporting growth among colleagues, students, and school communities.
